The Colorado College is pleased to host the annual Out-of-Print and Antiquarian Book Market Seminar.  Housing and food services have been planned for your convenience and enjoyment.

Following is a description of those services:

HOUSING: Rooms have been reserved in Montgomery Hall located at 1030 N. Cascade and in the El Diente Apartments, 1158 N. Cascade.  

Montgomery is a small residence hall with shared bathrooms on each floor and a kitchen and common rooms.  El Diente is made up of apartment suites with single bedrooms and shared bathrooms, living rooms and kitchens. These accommodations are not air-conditioned.

LINENS: Sheets, towels, pillows, pillow cases, soap, and cups are provided for each guest.  WASHCLOTHS ARE NOT PROVIDED. Coin operated laundry facilities are available.

DESK SERVICE: Desk service is available from 7a.m. to midnight daily in nearby Loomis Hall. A message box will be available at the desk. The desk telephone number for emergencies is (719) 389-6229. The Campus Security office can be reached at (719) 389-6707

 

HOUSING RATES:

The cost for five nights lodging including five breakfasts and four lunches is $242 per person. Additional nights may be requested at $49 per night. (Private rooms with baths are also available for $595 per person with additional nights at $119 per person per night.)  

Participants are “on their own” for dinners except for the Seminar picnic, Monday evening.  

Lunch on Friday is provided and will be the final function.

Lunch packages for participants staying off campus are available @ $32 for 4 lunches.

 

TELEPHONES:

Telephone jacks are located in each room.  You may bring your own telephone or rent one
from the Loomis desk for the week at a cost of $5.  

A house phone is available in each apartment and in Montgomery Hall.   

Pay phones are also available in Worner Center.

 

CHECK-INS/OUTS:

Guests may check in after 3:00p.m. on Sunday, August 7th.  

Check out time is by 3:00 p.m. on Friday, August 12th.  

Please return your room key and magnetic card to the Loomis Desk.  

There will be a charge of $25.00 for lost room keys and $5 for lost cards.  

 

INTERNET ACCESS:

All participants will have access to the College internet system with computers available in seminar meeting rooms, dorms and other public areas on campus. 

 

Please note: Off campus housing is available.
