The Colorado College is pleased to host the annual Colorado Antiquarian Book Seminar.  Housing and food services have been planned for your convenience and enjoyment. To register online, click here.

Following is a description of those services:

HOUSING: Rooms have been reserved in the new Colorado College Inn located at 820 N. Nevada Avenue and in the Edith Gaylord Hall, Western Ridge Apartments. The Inn is a recently renovated small motel with private baths and air conditioning. Some rooms have TV’s. The Western Ridge Apartments have single and double rooms within a quad apartment.

LINENS: Sheets, towels, pillows, pillow cases, soap, and cups are provided for each guest.  WASHCLOTHS ARE NOT PROVIDED. Coin operated laundry facilities are available.

DESK SERVICE: Desk service is available from 7a.m. to midnight daily at the CC Inn and in Loomis Hall. A message box will be available at the desk. The desk telephone number for emergencies is (719) 389-6229. The Campus Security office can be reached at (719) 389-6707

HOUSING RATES: The cost for lodging including breakfast and lunch is
$54.70 (incl. tax) per day/per person. Charge for additional nights:
$37.20 (incl tax) per person per night (no meals). Since the seminar ends
on Friday, August 8th after dinner, you should plan to sign up for 5 days
and one extra night for a total package of $310.70 for the seminar week.
Participants are "on their own" for dinners except for the Seminar picnic,
Monday evening and dinner on Friday which will be the final function.
Lunch packages for participants staying off campus are available @ $45 for 5 lunches.

TELEPHONES:  Telephones are available in each room. Pay phones are also available in Worner Center.

 

CHECK-INS/OUTS: Guests may check in after 3:00p.m. on Sunday, August 3rd.  

Check out time is by 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 9th.  

Please return your room key and magnetic card to the CC Inn or Loomis
Desks.  

There will be a charge of $25.00 for lost room keys and $5 for lost cards.  

INTERNET ACCESS: All participants will have access to the College internet system with computers available in seminar meeting rooms, dorms and other public areas on campus. 

 

Please note: Off campus housing is available.
