The 2026 seminar is in the books. Please watch this space for announcements for the 2027 seminar! In the meantime, the seminar's parent nonprofit, the Antiquarian Book School Foundation, plans to open applications for the 2027 Diverse Voices Fellowship in late summer. Stay tuned.
The Antiquarian Book School Foundation offers this flagship antiquarian bookselling seminar, founded in 1977, as a week-long intensive residential seminar of lessons, discussions, and hands-on instruction in the antiquarian book market (books, ephemera, archives, etc.) tailored to the needs of booksellers, collectors, and librarians.

Nearly 3000 students have graduated from the seminar since its inception, many of whom have gone on to become prominent members of the bookselling community.
As the CABS-Minnesota Antiquarian Book Seminar approaches our 50th Anniversary in 2027, we continue to provide opportunities for leading specialists to share their expertise and experience with booksellers, librarians, and collectors in a comprehensive survey of used, rare, and antiquarian book markets.
