If you will attend only if you receive a scholarship, then there is no need to register for the 2026 wait-list. Please check the scholarship page for terms and deadlines for the 2026 scholarship slate.
If you plan to attend the 2026 seminar without applying for scholarship support, please register! We will likely have spots open after the scholarships have been awarded this spring. We will clear the wait-list backlog in the order the registrations were received.
If you plan to apply for scholarship support but would attend the 2025 seminar with or without a scholarship, please register. We may have a few spots open up after January 29.
If you have been awarded a scholarship, please submit your information as usual, since applicants receiving scholarships are guaranteed a place in the seminar. Please note your scholarship award in the registration comments.

SCHOLARSHIP APPLICANTS:
A predetermined number of slots will be held open for scholarship winners. If you can only attend the seminar with scholarship aid, please wait to register until you have been awarded a scholarship (see the Scholarships page for further details).
If you would attend the Seminar with or without scholarship aid, please register now. Any deposits received now will be refunded to scholarship winners. Please use the check-box on the Registration Form (link below) to indicate whether or not you plan to apply for scholarships.
FEES:
The fee for the 2026 Seminar is $1,800.00 and includes all instructional materials, Sunday reception and dinner, and Friday farewell dinner.
Room and Board will be an additional $700 for the week, with on-campus housing at St. Olaf. Check-in for the seminar will be Sunday, July 26 and check-out on Saturday, August 1. Special arrangements can be made for very early or late arrivals. The room and board fee includes breakfasts and lunches, Monday through Friday.

Please note that the seminar has filled quickly in each of the past four years and had a wait-list by spring. We suggest submitting your registration sooner rather than later.
The deposit and/or tuition is refundable only if written notice is received 14 days prior to the Seminar. The balance is payable on or before July 26, 2026 and may be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, or check/money order to the address above.
The CABS-Minnesota antiquarian book seminar reserves the right to cancel the seminar for any reason before June 1st, 2026. If the Seminar is canceled before that date, the liability of CABS-Minnesota and its organizers to a potential participant shall be strictly limited to the refund of deposit and/or tuition previously received from that participant.
