Jeanne Dodds
Administrative Director
Jeanne is a researcher, visual artist, educator and biodiversity conservationist. Her current PhD research at Falmouth University, UK, responds to climate change through place-making, kinship, and creative practice. Weaving together science and art, Jeanne’s professional background includes decades as an entrepreneur and business owner. She has delivered invited talks, papers, and workshops for international biodiversity conferences or as a guest lecturer for academic programs in Rwanda, Malaysia, Greece and elsewhere. She earned a Master of Environmental Studies with a thesis on wildlife trafficking, a BFA in Photography, and a Certificate in Scientific Illustration. For over a decade, she directed native habitat restoration projects and arts activism programs at a national scale in the US. She directs the Diverse Voices Fellowship and works across ABSF to support dynamic work of organizational development, administration and communication.
