Opportunities
Donate
The Antiquarian Book School Foundation has just finalized the selection of awardees for our Diverse Voices Fellowship. The Fellowship recognizes talented professionals in the bookselling and cultural heritage fields who are underrepresented in the traditional rare book trade.
Fellows receive 1:1 mentorship, full scholarships to CABS-Minnesota, a Field School opportunity, and more. We're aiming to increase our Fellowship impact as we approach our 50th year in 2027 - your donation will help us grow. Thank you for being part of the ABSF community!
MEET UP
The CABS-Minnesota antiquarian book seminar invites you to a loose informal alumni and fellow-travelers meetup on May 2 during the New York book fairs.
Here is a link to the Google form to RSVP. Details on the event below.
Join us before dinner on SATURDAY NIGHT during the New York book fairs for a drink and a chance to catch up on what's been happening with fellow seminar alumni.
WHEN: Saturday, May 2, 2026, 7pm to 9pm
WHERE: Bedford Falls NYC: 206 E 67th St, New York, NY
We have reserved the beer garden in back. The first round of drinks will be courtesy of a couple donors who like to entertain CABS folks. They will also provide some light food.
Advance registration is strongly encouraged so we can get a head count -- but if you decide at the last minute to stop in, you can register when you arrive.
Hear a quick update on what the seminar and the Diverse Voices Fellowship have been up to and what we’ve got planned. Chat with select seminar faculty members. And give us your ideas about how we can grow our reach and sustain our mission.
Collegiality is a big part of what we try to do at CABS, and we hope we get a chance to catch up with you in New York. Questions? Contact Jeanne Dodds admin@bookseminars.com or Garrett Scott director@bookseminars.com
